best quality metal for a first gen

i need a driver front fender and a driver door skin..i have heard horror stories of the fit of some of the aftermarket metal but i really cant afford nos right now...who makes the best repro metal..all my other metal is original and the gaps are perfect ..the car will be getting painted black so i want it to be close to perfect when im done..but also dont want to waste a ton of time hacking away at new metal just to get it to fit and align

They all fit pretty badly. I'm using goodmark door skins and fenders and they fit OK but expect alot of adjusting with whatever you go with...
