Im doing a 95 vette lt-1 swap into a 70 buick GS. Ive got the motor in the car and I called headman for some headers and they told me they dont make anything for a buick gs- I thought they were the same a chevelle and the guy at headman told me they are different- Is this guy clueless or does someone know where i can get some headers that will fit? They dont have to be anything fancy or tuned- Just coated and fit without hammering them. thanks

If you are using Chevrolet engine mount then I see no reason that Chevy headers won't fit. They are the same chassis as a Chevelle, GTO, etc...

Let me know how you like them, especially if you get the Elite 3/4 length. I have an LT-1 in my 71 Cutlass, and I'm using Sanderson's cast iron headers. But the driver's side is like 1/8 in away from the frame, it must slightly come in contact when the engine moves from torque. I suspect this is causing my timing to be retarded when I step on the throttle.
TIA for your results.
