I have a 56 Belair. Cruiser/daily driver. Would coil overs in the front benefit me or would I be better off with a good set of shocks?

Coilovers kinda sound like overkill for that application. Some good shocks will do the job just fine,IMO.
If you really want to spend the money,however,I would install some Air Ride "Shockwaves" on it. When I get the funds,my coilovers are coming off for some of those. :cheers:
