Anyone ever have family staying at your house sometimes and you just want them to leave? There is 4 extra people at my house right now and its driving me nucking futs. AND to top it off, the starter in their car is bad, they replace it. start the car shut the car off and the starter KEEPS running! it fried again! IF they dont get it fixed and leave soon i may have to admit myself to an insane asylum! Anyone have any stories with unwated guests? lets here um!

House guests are like fish. Both stink after three days.

Heh... I am dreading when Natasha's Dad "the Major" comes for a visit (end of May) with his headcase girlfriend and Natasha's sister's toy dog. I might have to find somewhere else to be for a weekend.

Whenever my Mother-in-law comes down state from Cheboygan she just HAS to stay with us every single damn time. Why my sister-in-laws can't get into the rotation is beyond me. I don't mind her so much but it IS an invasion of your privacy to some degree and it does wear on you after a couple of days.

Rubes, you are a saint!!!

I might have had to sell those triplets after a week or two. :)

My wife calls my office (I work from home) my cave. When guests show up (and when you live near DisneyLand you get more guests) I have a tendency to hibernate there.

Hey, so I got someplace to stay when I come down??
Finding 2 of the triplets on the roof of the house at 18 months old was quite an experience:eek:

Hanging with relatives can be a total waste of time.
I try to get them to help with my car , but they do more harm than good.
So , ......... It's just a waste of time.

You could FART a lot.
That will either disgust them and they won't come back or
they'll laugh about it and be more enjoyable to be around.
Plus you get revenge by making them smell your farts and laugh about it.

I feel your pain. My mother-in-law has been living with us on and off for close to 5-years. I've been married for about 10-years. She's just no good with managing the $$. The good thing about it is my wife never seems to comment about all the goody's that show up via UPS for the car. I keep my mouth shut and so does she. I just don't know what i'm going to do in about 2-3 months when the cars done? I guess it's time to start looking for a 2nd car to start on?

no in law stories here but I had a buddy that lived about 2 houses down from me ride his motorbike over here in the evenings sometimes which was cool, but every time he got here... "you got anything to eat". Keep in mind he was riding FROM HIS house to mine.:hmm:
Finally I started making him eat cat food before he could get anything good. Wet or dry I didn't care.

Used to piss me off.

My house is being taken over by a dozen women tonight for a baby shower. Thank god I have the mlb.com package and can watch my Reds play. Otherwise I'd have to buy a gun and shoot myself.

Geez, I must be doing something right. I never get any overnighters. My own kids don't even like to stay here.

After reading some of your stories, that's just fine with me.
