need opinions on colors for my 69 camaro

well i have my heart set on repainting my camaro black. im in the process of doing all the body work..i have already sprayed my firewall, core support and inner fenders flat black..the interior is black with racing seats and autometer gauges..i will be using alot of billet and carbon fiber parts so i thought black would look the best.. what other dark colors would look good or should i stay with black.....i just dont want to invest all the time in it only to have the paint swirl up and look rough in a year or so...and really dark greys that are close to black.....

does anyone have any pics of some cars with a darker grey or any dark colored cars . i work at a body shop so i hve all the books of color chips but i want to see some colors on cars...preferably a first gen

I'm in the same boat for my 67. I'm torn between the Lexus 600H Black Opal- Jet black with hints of blue/purple in direct sunlight and the BMW/Mercedes Titanium Silver paint. -Chris

BMW has a color called black sapphire. It is a metallic black.

really love this look ...I was gonna do black but so much upkeep and hot as hell....no ac in the car so I want to do somthing more like this with the z28 stripes in black...do you have a color code for this?
