is a 600cfm holley street hp carb (http://www.jegs.com/i/Holley/510/0-81850S/10002/-1) enough to feed my engine (specs in sig) or should i go to a 650cfm proform street carb (http://www.jegs.com/i/Proform/778/67212/10002/-1) or a 680cfm quick fuel carb (http://www.jegs.com/i/Quick%20Fuel/793/SS-680-VS/10002/-1)? what is the best performing with my combo?
Depends on the specs. I ran a 600cfm on my mild 327 for a long time. When I switched to a "stock" Holley 650DP, it liked it fine. Mileage just went down.

Check out Holly's nice online tool:

My guess a 600cfm carb would be plenty for your motor. For street use much better to under carb than to over do it.

The 600 cfm carb should be big enough for your motor unless youre planning to race it, the 274 cam is a good choice, with gas prices being over 3 dollars a gallon, Id stick with the 600. Better off idle and cruising too!

600 is plenty. I run a 600 Holley with a mild RV cam in a 390 Ford FE and it works fine.
