So I am watching History channel and they have King on. It's a show about MLK Jr since it was April 4th 1968? that he was assisinated. Why in the world would they have Bill Clinton on this show talking about MLK? Clinton has said openly that the mayor of Birmingham( Bull Conner I believe) was his role model. This man was a huge racist and segregationist. They also have Harry Belefonte on. Belefonte has openly said Collin Powell and Condelessa Rice are house ni**ers because they dare to be conservative and dare to be on Bush's cabinate. These two people are disgraces to King's legacy and what he believed in. Yet, there they are being legitamized and actually given a voice in talking about MLK and his legacy. What the hell. Can anyone explain this? Keep it civil, please.

Being an American doesn't hold what it used to mean anymore. The media spin doctors... the lemming liberals and confused conservatives... and the hammer coming down on the words of God spoken by our four fathers. It doesn't mean anything when we have lost the direction of our own Constitution trying to make everyone else happy.

Clinton is as Clinton does. His wife is proof of that alone. And now-a-days anyway... everyone is an expert on every subject. Just look at Al Gore and his 'blind lead the blind' politics. My gawd if I actually cared what these idiots thought... I would have to kill myself because of the doomed outlook we all have by following or even recognizing them.

Then again... maybe that was the point of having ole Billy Boy Airbag talking about MLK. It sure got you enough to start this thread... and maybe that was their direction from the get go.
