Just joined. Great site. I am just finishing up the final sanding for paint. After that, the joy of installing my LT1 in the Camaro. I will probably be asking a few questions about the swap.

Welcome aboard, I have a 68 with a '95 LT1 in as a daily, and a '55 with a 95 and Procharger. If you get stuck, I probably did at the same point so will hopefully know the answer :)

Is there a piece of metal on that car that you haven't replaced? lol

Nice work so far!

Thanks again for the welcome. Someone was asking if there was a piece of metal I didn' replace. Yes, the cowl piece where the wiper blades are.

A lot of guys running LT1s here... wow. I'm one of the crazy people too, but it isn't in my Nova yet. So yeah, props for the LT1 guys!

Holy Crap you replaced alot of metal on that car. Please tell me you mini-tubbed while doing all that work!

Rybar,no I did not tub( I wish I did though) I will be able to fit 17X9.5 inch rims in the rear though. By the way, in 1990 I worked at the main UAP/NAPA warehouse in Burnaby (used to be called AUTO MARINE ELECTRIC).

That's pretty cool, so you know my area. Where are you now and why did you leave? BTW I was around 13 years old then, so I was still building model cars lol
