Pro 5.0 Shifter Wedsite/Tel No.

Does anyone have the wedsite address or telephone number for Pro Shifter? I use to have it, but can't find it. I've searched Google and I only come up dealers. I need a shifter, but the shift handle supplied for the LT-1 T-56 will not work with my custom console and I want to find out if they can provide the shifter with a different handle.
