Anyone running this pump...?

If so, do you like it?

A buddy of mine was saying that he couldn't get enough fuel pressure with it on his 600hp Pontiac 455.

Here are the specs on the pump:
Flows 125 GPH Free Flow
Flows 110 GPH at 7 PSI
Powers Engines from Stock All the Way Up to 700 Horsepower

Any experience with it?

That's what "Curt The Dude" told me also so I would just get the HP 150 as he recomended.

Frank over at Prodigy Customs said the same thing. Go with the HP 150 if you have to go electric like I do.

Any reviews about how loud it is? I'm looking into other pumps and this is one of them.

Currently have the Holley blue and it's nearly as loud as an electric chain saw.

Thanks.

This new Holley line (HP125 and HP150) is MUCH quieter and the reason I am going this route. I have heard my friend's 150 and it is pretty quiet.

HP 125 has plenty of flow for my 500HP 467 Olds. I can only hear it before my engine starts. I like the internal regulator. It keeps a steady 5 psi at all times.

Got this fuel pump installed a couple weekends ago. As previous poster stated, I only hear it a little before the engine starts. Huge improvement over the old Holley Blur buzzsaw.

I also removed my fuel pressure regulator and rely on its internal regulator. It does start out at a solid 7psi but eventually drops down to 4psi after a good while. Being that the redline on my 383 is 5800rpm, it shouldn't be a huge problem. Even at 3-4psi, it still means the bowls are full.

We use the 125s and 150s all the time and they are whisper quiet. Another great option, if you can run it, is to use Holleys billet mechanical pump. I have a couple 700+ HP cars running them with no issues.

I run the 150 pump with my 496. 630hp, no problem keeping up. Noise is a non issue to me since it's the quietest thing on the car when it's running.
