the Trans-Am thread really got my blood Pumping but I drive a 72 Cutlass so I'm wanting to see some vintage Nascar stuff. The pony cars are wicked, but Im more of a Midsize kind of guy.
Im kind of thinking pre 80's stuff would be nice.

My favorite AFX slot car.
that #2 nova is cool! Would like to see a modern version with the flared fenders and maybe some 18" slotted mags... here is another one.

Am I crazy or do Nova look way more awsome with huge well openings and huge slicks.

Good old Hershel.... pictured up towards the top... I was a mechanic/tire changer for him in his last full season of racing ... great guy... Honor to work for one of NASCAR's 50 greatest of all time

No no no. Not my car. I dont have the marbles to cut my fenders up like that(even tho I bet it would look nasty). But I'd love to find another Nova to do that to down the road.
