And now for something completely different...

Kelle's been building a '54 Chevy shop truck... just a low-buck farm truck to haul parts around and food for her animals. The mission was to tune up the 235 inline 6, upgrade the safety items - brakes, wiring, bumpers, etc., and to do a couple cool mods like painted steelies and a Mexican blanket interior. It came out pretty slick, and now we can't get her out of it! Call it "Slow-Touring!"

That truck is great!

Just think about how much duck food you can haul now!

Very cool. Think how it'd look bagged and sitting on the dirt though.....

It would look sweet, but it's still an old solid-axle work truck... still has to haul lots of stuff around, and we've got several other projects to finish... but you're right, it's a killer canvas to start with!

Yeah... duck food, cat food, dog food, wood chips, straw bailes, rabbit food, hay... and the occasional car part!
