Hi, i finally found the forum of my dreams, thank you. I own a 67 GTO, which is my second pontiac i have owned. I recieved my first one at the age of 12, as a father son project. i have been a die hard Pontiac fan ever since. I have always wanted my current GTO to go the pro-touring route, and with this site i am now determined to do so. I live in ElDorado, Kansas and i am 19 and attending college. Also please note that my current computer is a playstation 3, so please excuse for the poor grammer. It is a very frustrating means of internet access. Here is a link to my myspace account. There are links to view my pictures.

just looked at the pictures on your myspace, are you running 18inch wheels???? If you are do you happen to have any more side shots of the car? Trying to get an idea of what 18s look like

67goatman455, on your myspace page is that your car on the main page? The charcoal gray looking one? If so, I really like the stance and wheel/tire combo. What mods did you make to get that stance? What are the sizes of the wheels and tires?

What are you talking about? Plenty of ponchos on this site.

meaning that most people that have an old gto are (i think) afraid to modify them. i usually dont even talk to them unless i can tell that they have modified it in some way.

Like I said, there are a bunch of ponchos here. They probably are second here only to Chevy in number.

Most likely it's a boisterious few in the ranks (on other forums) that constantly opinion every car should be kept stock.

Not that there is anything wrong with stock (I like them, I just don't care to keep mine that way). And if the original car is a base model I especially don't see why anyone should give a rats...

Welcome to the site from another 67 Pontiac owner. I agree too that you should do whatever it is to your car that makes you happy. I can totally respect and appreciate someone that wants to keep the stock look and I would hope they can appreciate my choice to not keep the stock look, but somewhere in between.

Again welcome!!
