That is a misprint or someone doesnt know how to spell. It should say 'Cameo'. That was Chevy's name for a fleetside truck back in the 50s.

I just thought it was funny. I used to have a Cobra kit and when people would ask what year Corvette I would tell them 1952.

It should say Cameo. It was the first fleetside bed made for the rich farmer. The bed is made of fiberglass. My dad has a 55 Cameo.

just out of curiousity. What is the difference between a cameo and an apache? That truck looks like an apache. I know the cameo has something different in the bed design.

I like the "Stock photo - details may vary" part.... Kinda like some guy in Nicaragua telling you to carry a package back and when asked about contents being told, "Trust me". haha
