Rear Disc Brakes

hello, i need to change the rear brakes on my 2001 camaro. I have never done anything with rear disc's and a parking break before. i am changing the rotors and the pads is there anything out of the ordinary that goes into a rear dics break job. thanks

I usually use a large screwdriver and wedge it between the old pad and rotor to push the piston back before I remove the caliper. As in, hammer it between the two. I'll help make removing and re installing the caliper
