I live in the west valley. my roomate and I went to wyotech, so we are pretty familiar at what to look for in terms of rot and disrepair, as well as wiring and mechanicals. I get off work @ 4:30, usually home by 5:30, and am always ready to go check out a new toy! :bananna2:
