Black and Aqua are correct for 67-71.
In the Classic Industries catalog, that is the color listed. Black and grey is listed for 72+.

When I called Year One, among other things they could/would not help me with, they couldn't even tell me which color I needed. So, I went back to my tried/true experiences with Classic.

AVOID the after market generic spatter paint from the local body supply company. I used some of that and regret it, so I bought a new trunk mat with the new spatter paint.

There's paint out there that you supposedly don't need to clear coat. I have it on my shelf and will let you know who sells it.

Otherwise I strongly suggest you clear it.

GM sells the correct stuff in the spray cans. It is the correct colors, but will never repeat the "dot size" of the original stuff. Mike mentioned Zoloton, and that is good stuff but you must use their new cross linker (may not be available to the public yet) for a truly waterproof finish. Zoloton will handle getting wet and will wipe up if it does not stand to long, but cannot sustain puddling from a leaky trunk weatherstrip. Dont ask me how I know! UGH! Clear coat is always a good idea, but use a matt clear, shinny trunk paint is AWEFULL!

I used the "correct" aqua/black from eastwood on my 69 and was very happy until I applied the clear- now it's a little too glossy for my taste, but pretty durable. Be ready to do alot of unclogging on the spraytip with the spatter, mine seemed to clog alot. I don't buy a ton of eastwood stuff because I think they gouge you with the price a bit, but I would definitely use the trunk paint again.
