OK, I've recently converted over to a hydraulic clutch on my 69 Camaro. Went with the Keisler kit. I am at the point that I need to install the clutch reservoir. However, I hate the thought of installing that ugly plastic cup on my smoothed firewall.

First question, has anyone here installed a billet or chrome reservoir? I've found a couple of potential reservoirs for motorcycles and ATVs, but was wondering what you folks have done.

Second question, is there any reason why I couldn't tap into the brake reservoir and run a line down to the clutch cylinder? I'm currently running an ABC electric high-power setup (10-36). Would the brake reservoir have enough fluid to handle braking and clutching?

The shop (American Muscle Cars) talked to ABS Power Brakes and they said it shouldn't be a problem tapping into the brake reservoir for the clutch. AMC recommended using the back reservoir so that if there was ever a problem, I wouldn't lose the front brakes.

I went with the billet CV products units. Very nice, top quality, and proven products.

Not a great picture but:

Looks great. What pedal set up are you using?

Mr. Chicane knows of what he speaks.... it's a Tilton 900 series firewall mount pedal assembly with Tilton 77 series master cylinders.
