supercharged lt1 in first gen

Hope someone can help with this question. I am taking apart my 94 camaro and using that motor and trans in a 69 firebird (aka lt1 t56). The motor is a built 355 afr head forged bottom end with a ati D1 supercharger. The mounting brackets for the 94 camaro mounted the supercharger on the drivers side of the engine, sort of in front of the motor mount. Has anyone tried mounting a supercharger in this location on a first gen or am I going to have to fabricate or get a top mount bracket? I am thinking the top a-arm is going to get in the way. Any help would be appreciated.
