Here are my new rear wheels...My first look by the car. 18x13" with 335's
Did a quickie photo shop...
Which looks better, black centers or polished?

I'd have to see the rest of the car, but I kinda like the black centers. It looks a little more sinister.

Personally i love the black CCWs... i was considering them for my car... but they are cool either way

how much work did it take to get the 13s to fit?

and its a toss up. i think id have to see a complete shot of the car to decide. i think they both could look very good.

Trey, does your 79 have factory rear disc's ?
If yes, can you get a pic of how the e-brake cables hook up on the rear axle?
I picked up one of these rear ends for my formula...but it is missing parts...I think.

Oh yeah...To get these to fit, the car will have to be mini tubbed
And either the rear springs moved inward....
Or switch to a 3 or 4 link. I am planing on doing a 3-link with coilovers...
That way I can easily dial in ride hight.

CCW does offer black anodized centers,as an option.

I will wait till it is almost done before I make the final decission...
If I do go black...I will disassemble the wheels (3pc.) and have them powder coated or anodized. :icon996:
