Weld pro stars and C5 brakes?

Im just wondering if weld prostar skinnies will fit on c5 brakes. i had them on my old 98 trans am but i needed a 1/4 inch spacer. This may be the same thing.

I had 4" Prostars on my last '67 with Baer PBR's. I had to grind the outer edge of the calipers to clear the inside of the wheels. If i recall correctly, I think that I could have gotten away with an 1/8" spacer but I don't like running spacers so out came the die grinder. I would assume that clearances would be the same with stock C5 brakes/

The 98 F-body had 12" rotors, not 12.8" like the C5 setup, so I would think the interference issues would be exacerbated somewhat.

James, what Baer PBR calipers were you running? GT = C5...otherwise if it was a track kit (C4), then the calipers are much smaller and would more than likely present much less of a fitment issue.
