Just googled it and it looks SICK. I wonder if it'll fit a 3rd gen Nova. If it does, I may just go for it.

ummmm... (a) I have to humbly disagree on both counts - they are not that hard to do at all and stock isn't always cooler and (b) they aren't always as viable option in a PT car - especially if you have a cage.
I can't give you any feedback regarding the roddoors product but I can show you some build pics of the 'glass headliner that we just had done up for the OLC build:

Unfortunately, that's not something that I can even try with the OLC '67 because of the cage layout. As it it, I got this headliner done knowing that it most likely will need to be cut to fit around the cage as is. We have another couple of first gen's kicking around so I'll do my best to see it it can be done from the side (assuming glass down or out, and no interior in the car). I'll let you know towards the end of the week.

I'm having the roddoors headliner installed in my camaro now. I had ordered the complete kit from them, but decided just to keep the headliner. Selling everything else.
I'll post some photos when it's completed.

Yes, they have a mold done for it. The headliner showed up at the shop this morning so we are going to trial fit it tomorrow or more likely Wednesday.

I have ordered various kits from roddoors and sent them all back. Complete junk IMHO. We do have a carbon fiber headliner in the Mitchell Brother's ZR/28 '67 Camaro. With the 4 point roll bar, it had to be installed through the windshield opening. Here is a link: www.lateral-g.net/members/mitchell (http://www.lateral-g.net/members/mitchell). There are a couple of pics of the headliner installed.

Headliner looks pretty sick. How much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?
Also, do you have any pics of the finished grill and headlight setup? I'm retrofitting some projectors on the Nova and I don't know if I want to try for a bi-xenon bulb or put another set of lenses up front for the high beams/fog lights.

Quick update - we are going to try to fit it in a '67 bird that we have at the shop first (no roll cage to deal with) so we'll try the side window thing to see if it works.
Opened the box yesterday and we are really impressed with the visual quality of the fiberglass layup. Visually the headliner appears to be a great piece - really well done.
More coming on the weekend...

I too was thinking about ordering their door panels and trunk kit but would like some opinions from those who have seen them in person.

Nothing good. Poor fitment, poor shape, poor impressions overall. We had to cut the headliner into 4 pieces and section it to get it to fit but the shape in the rear arch and window area is still wrong. Royal PITA overall. I would look elsewhere. I hear through the grape vine that Marquez may have something in the future.

I put in the Rod doors kit, flush mount. I was also a PITA, but turned out ok. I had to install it my own way. Trying to use the first and last bows to hold it up as isntructed did not work so well because it kept trying to twist the headliner and kept poping out of the clips. I forgot to take pics, but I glued tabs on the outer pieces that held them up around the center piece. the Center piece was held securely by the dome, mirror, and sun visors. Several pieces of indutrial velcro also helped.
Another porblem was covering it with the 1/8 inch foam headliner material plus the thickness of the headliner itself made it a little bit of a pain fitting the edges into the stock type rubber trim that goes on the front, rear, and sides. The stock trim is made for the thickness of the sheet metal plus fabric only.
Looks good now, but I am not sure if a nice suede stock headliner wouldn't look just as good and there would be no screwing around!

man, i wish we would have known about that 1 piece fiberglass one. how did that turn out?
just found this, and I thought i'd throw up one that we did just not too long ago.
we got the kit, and the way the guy wanted his design, we had to cut about 8 inches off each side, and just used a regular 4x8 sheet of abs in the middle instead of the small middle chunk. no bows were used period, and we got about an inch of room extra.
i dont know which was harder, making the flames in the center, or figuring out how to get the headliner to work and fit in the car.
