Has a basic 302 with a 600 Holley, LongTubes, T-5, 9"rear w/ a locker. Many Maier Racing Suspenion parts. 700 Lb Coils, 200lb Leafs, PanHard, Stut Brace, Bilstein Shocks. It's fun but as you can see I need some Rims. Got another motor being built, and thinking of going to a T-56 . I'll cruise it, but I'd rather go to an SCCA auto-x or hit up some twisties.

Thanks for the comments. I have another 302. Maybe some head work, Shelby Cam. Balance and Blue print it all. Trying to stay vintage due to the autocross class that I run in. Looking to get 300hp.

Was able to swap Rims & Tires for an auto-x. 17x9 w/ Hoosier A6 tires.

Thanks, can't take credit for the photo's. One of the local auto-xers Brian Heitkotter took them. He always stays around and takes photos. Great guy, great photo's.

Welcome aboard, Livermore guy here. Corvette's and hot rods are my passion. I have a 67 coupe with a injected 502 that I've autocrossed a few times.
If I had a Mustang it would be a fastback like yours.

Hey Russ,

My dad, Jesus, got me into vettes. He has had a few and still does. I picked up a Z06 about 4 years ago and have been auto-xing that. I got into this Mustang by chance. Oddly enough, my dad came home with that Fastback, which at the time, was a piece of JUNK! But 15 years later we've turned it into a nice ride. Plus my family and the Maiers of Maier Racing are good friends so I get all kinds of parts.

Where did you auto-x your 67 coupe? I help run American Auto-x in Northern California, with........................ yep, again..... "My dad."

Here's my Z06

I'm not heavy into autox, I have no power steering or brakes so it's a little tough to push it around the track. Most of the time I do the autox at wscc convention or get togethers that have a track set up.
I mentioned your dad Jessie to a friend of mine who belongs to NCCA and he remembers him from the old days, His name is Merritt Odor, he use to run a steel gray 70 big block, check with your dad a see if he remembers him.
