I have a 1982 Buick Regal I had an oil leak fixed and now the windshield wipers don't stop. They keep going, and only go off if I take out the fuse. They were fine before, maybe when he was messing with the wires on the passenger side of the engine bay he did something. I'm not going to say anything because I paid too cheap for him to fix the leak. Any possible solutions?
