I have used the ws6 79 ta brake system for 12 years, works nice. I upgraded to Howe 2 piston front calipers, and a 4th gen camaro 1" bore master. It doesn't seem to be pushing enough fluid. I need to pump it. A problem may be the calipers leaking. I rebuilt them and now fluid weaps out where the parking brake shaft exits the caliper. Yikes, I'm totally frustrated. Has anyone had luck with alternative masters? The ws6 stock bore is 1 1/8" I believe

Fix the leak for sure before anything, but it might not cause the 'pumping up' problem... more likely to just be a low or sinking pedal. Which size are the pistons in the Howe calipers? Did you make sure the rear calipers are adjusted?

I 5think the leak is from the seals on the outside of the parking brake lever. I put the rubber seal on first, then the nylon one. Both sided weap a bit. I will try and swap them and see if that works. It was over 10 years ago I originally put them on and the new kit came with no directions. I did get the peddle to pum up firm. The hove are the big one 2 1/8" dual pistons.

If they are 2 1/8" dual piston, the 1" might be a bit small.
2 1/8" dual will hold slightly more displacement than stock 69-81, so you might want a 1.125-1.25" master for a firmer pedal.
The largest Howe I saw was 1 7/8 dual or stock size single. Where did you get them?

They come in 3 sizes with the 2.125 the largest for the dual piston
