dse recommended plumbing a t fitting to the front port of their master cylinder to connect the front brakes. Would anyone post pictures if you've done this. Part numbers of fittings with any other helpful info would be appreciated.

Here are a couple of pictures. This is a C5 Master Cylinder, so the front port is for the rear brakes and the rear port is for the front brakes. Don't pay attention to the crusty engine in the background. It will be exhumed soon.
