Is there a difference between dumps facing back towards the bumper or out to the side? I currently have 2-1/2" Flowmasters on my car with dumps pointing straight back. Originally, the dumps pointed straight at the ground and had a scream to them. I then cut the turn downs back about 2" to where they point back alittle further. The tone changed dramatically between the two but I still have the loud "boom" associated with dumps. Is there a way to minimize this sound? Thanks
