I remember several years ago one of the magazines did a blurb on a coloring book of muscle cars. I'm looking for a black and white line drawing of a 70-72 Chevelle so I can color in a couple of different paint schemes that I have in mind. Any ideas?
Thanks!

yes they were put out by ppg i still have some that i can look through and see if they have the chevelle you are looking for. i photo copy the 68 camaro and i have colored it so many colors, it really does help. i even got a silver pen to do the chrome on the car. i will let you know what i find.

Mod,
I think it would be a good idea to try to find as many of these as possible and make it a sticky in the multimedia section. Just an idea....

I think someone should get together a "coloring book" or muscle cars it may be a good selling book would be great for those that cant use PS real good. just an idea tho :)
P.S. if someone wants to make one of a 67 GTO that would be great :)
Agreed, I wouldn't mind having one for the 67 galaxie and Im sure its not in a book. Good thinking cheapthrillz, even though I'm sure you were thinking the same pain as me with a galaxie.

Yes I was lol. I found this today.... Might be of use. I put in a order for a catalog. Maybe you might see something you need.

If you guys want you can PM me pics you would like done but I'll warn you now that it might take a bit because they are time consuming. Probably won't be perfection either lool.

Why don't you just (as you get spare time) do one for each of the very popular cars on here, and people with "unique" (like '67 Galaxies and what not) projects can ask you to do one for their car. What program do you use to do it?

I use Photoshop CS3. I'll prolly do what you are suggesting I already got one of them pretty much complete (69 Camaro).

That's such an awesome idea. Any chance of getting one of a 69 Charger? Give a grad student something to dream about in his *cough* time off until he can get back to his car?

Could you do up this pic as a black and white outline for me and keep the wheels. I hope it's suitable. I sure would appreciate it as it'd give me something to toy with during some down time and plan out my car while I'm away. Thanks

Honestly the pic made me guess a couple of parts on it and the rear wheel I can't really see to well so I just left them on there but made it cartoony.

dstryr, do you a pic that shows more of the car?

Dude, thanks. I'm smiling like an idiot right now. I can't wait to start going through Red and Black pencil crayons like gangbusters. Too bad I have all these other AWESOME things like Peripheral Neural Anatomy and Systemic Histology to keep me busy. What do you think, aren't I lucky?
