So I was digging through my old magazines trying to figure out what to throw away and what to hang on to and I came across this little jewel:

you did know that Chip started out working for Boyd so figures they would be on cover together sometime..also Jesse James monster garage dude worked for Boyd..as much as Boyd is an ass he has done alot for the car stuff..

yeah ive heard from a few guys that met boyd that thought he was a *****. but also ive heard that chip foose wasnt the biggest people pleaser himself. idk i respect both of them though they have all played their parts in the custom car industry.

Me and my brother met Chip on the HRM Power tour in '97. He was driving a car he designed and they built at Boyd's. Boyd was there too, but for some reason we only had Chip sign the cover of HRM that the car was on.
