I got the race car off to the shop for a roll cage install, hope to have it back next week.
Finally was able to unwrap the 428 car and start on it again. Did a few little mock ups and and some interior work, but mainly taking stock of where I left off. It's been under wraps for well over a month while I worked on the race car.
Just seeing it uncovered was enough to get me all excited again.

That's a milestone! Who's doing the cage and what design did you come up with? 1.5" X0.120?

Local car builder, Bogan's Engineering is doing the cage. They build mainly drag cars but with some pictures and the SCCA rule book we'll figure it out.
1 3/4 DOM x .120 wall, 8 points, can't go through the firewall, .120 x 2 x 3 subframe connectors, solid body mounts.
