I used an Addco I think, rear bar. It looks like a second gen type. The end mounts are modified, see weld. Fits great otherwise.https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif

I have been watching this thread to see what people have done with their mini-tub situations also. I have a mini-tubbed 69 Camaro with the shocks mounted inboard and with the spring perches relocated inboard. The "standard" Addco first gen swaybar barely fits between the spring perches and the passenger side shock tube completely blocks where the bar would be as it turns forward to mount on the subframe.

The picture you have shown above looks like a good solution. The mounts to the body are aft of the axle tube and up to the subframe? Could we get some more pictures? You re-welded the mount under the spring perch/u-bolt plate because of a fit iisue with the u-bolts? Do you remember what year you took the bar off of or what year the part number was for?

Thanks, Lance

Sorry I just looked, the rear bar is Hellwig. For a 67-69 Camaro. I shortened the frame mount links,(car is lowered), and had to redo the u-bolt mount ends. The springs are moved in, so the mounts won't work stock.

Excellent, thank you. You wouldn't by chance have the part number for the bar/kit would you?

It should be 5814. The Hellwig part number isn't on my invioce, but it looks just like the one listed an Summit's website.
