Does anybody know if any of the aftermarked throttle bodies come with out connections on the bottom of the throttle body for the fast start. Or does anybody make a replacement without the fast start nipples.

Looks like a TPI throttle body. I have not seen any without these. I read somewhere it keeps ice from forming on the throttle blades. Mine won't be driven when cold so I put the rubbery covers on it & bypassed it. In your pic, the two capped off are vacuum ports. One goes to the PCV valve, can't remember where the other goes.

Machine them off & have someone TIG weld some plugs in them...?

Using the gasket outline of the IAC, you can cut the water part off and just use three screws to mount the IAC housing.
The heated water only runs across the bottom of the TB ; not into it
As stated is not for fast start but heating to prevent TB icing up.

If you don't drive in cold climates, can delete and actually may gain some performance as hot water is always heating the TB regardless of if you need it of not.
Popular mod over on the Third Gen / Vette Forums

PM me your email and I can send a pic

On the TB , the port top is metered air for the PVC system ( to rocker cover ) and the lower one goes to the charcoal canister to vent the fuel vapours.

That's an aftermarket throttle body with the factory IAC housing swapped over. I know of no aftermarket L98/LT1 throttle body that does not require you to swap the IAC housing off the stocker and put it on. That means the answer to your question is no. You can do like mentioned though and cut the nipples off since you really do not need to run hot water through there. You'll want to plug the top port into the PCV valve though. That is important. The lower one can be left capped or used to supply vacuum for a different purpose.

Talk to Frank at Prodigy. When I ordered my HSR from him it came with a custom IAC mount that does not have the nipples on it.
