But see, if he'd lowered the car over those ridiculous rims, and had fuel injection instead of a carb, I bet he'd have a fair number of admirers on this board.

Seriously, negotiate him down to $5,000, sell those ridiculous wheels to someone with money and no sense or taste for $1,000-$1500, then throw on some basic steelies / cheap mags and some halfway decent rubber, and you've got a pretty decent T-Top G-body (thanks LowBuck) for about $4k with a bored-out 4-bolt main 350. That wouldn't suck.
