I'm in the midst of mini-tubbing my 56 210 sedan. I'm running the fuel lines and just like everything else I do, I start over-thinking everything.

How far should I keep the fuel lines from the tail pipes? I've searched on this site and a few others and nobody really talks about it.
Obvoiusly, I don't want to run them parallel ,but theres a few spots where their paths cross. How close can you get before you create problems.
Thanks,
Dan

There is no real answer for that question except as far away as possible. If you are concerned use an insulator in the tight spots. It's better to over engineer.

if you are real concerned you can make a heat shield aournd the line or muffler.
