Hey all,

I joined the site the other day but this is the first chance I have had to introduce myself. my name is Ray, I'm 26 and like long walks...wait wrong site...

Anyway, like the subject says I am from Wisconsin. I don’t own a project car yet, bills and the cost of my upcoming wedding keep me from living that dream, so right now I’m just getting even more ideas to hopefully use one day. I would love to do something a little different with a ‘67 or ‘68 Camaro or possibly a Firebird, but probably nothing that hasn’t been done at least once before. Without a car of my own to build, I'm looking forward to getting new ideas and learning even more from all of you.

Hey Ray....Welcome.....but I have deep concerns about your situation, it seems that you may have to reprioritize some things to make your life more enjoyable...........make minimum payments on those bills, enjoy a VERY long engagement and get out there and find a car and start working on it!!!! LOL

Use the search function.....there are ALOT of very knowledgeable people on this site, who would love to share their experiences.

I am, myself, am a transient Cheesehead that got lost in the big city(Chicago), and couldn't find my way out.......been here since '81.:firefire:

LOL well I am making the minimum payments and the engagement has been long enough. ;)

Once the wedding is over the car fund starts! :)

Good to see one more from Wisconsin on the site. Good luck on the car fund. With everyone talking about a down turn in the economy there maybe some deals down the road if you can stash away some cash.

I am just north of Milwaukee and will be putting pictures of me rolling chassis on the site soon (doing 66 Chevelle Pro Touring) and am looking forward to meeting some Wisconsin guys at the local drive in gatherings and shows this year. Welcome to the site and good luck.Just ask if you need anything as I have a ton of car contacts. Use my personal e-mail @ [email protected].
