Hi Guys,

I started a thread in Disc Brakes and the mod over there ask me to post here just to say hello. I have already recieved a lot of input and good advice. I look forward to good in depth technical discussion which there seems to be no shortage of around here. This site seems to have some very qualified professionals stalking around just waiting to have there brain picked and I intend to victomize them as much as possible.

Sorry to say I am not building a PT of G-machine just now but there is still hope for me in the projects yet to come.

For a look at my/our father/son projects you can visit our pictureTrail site at:
www.picturetrail.com/zdnova (http://www.picturetrail.com/zdnova)

Here are a few photos of what I have laying around.
This is the project that never stops giving. Like 4 years now.

Just started this in September. Don't worry, the wire wheels are already gone.

Welcome to the site, what part of the DFW are you from?

I love the Pro-Steet Nova, I use to have a Pro-Street '69 Camaro.

That Nova II would be a killer Pro-Touring project.

Thanks guys,

We really were not going for Pro-Street thing but I guess the rear tires are a little too wide to say it's not. They are only 29 X 15.5 and most pro streets are 31 X 18.5. We still have leaf springs and widened factory tubs instead of a 4-link and aluminum metal work. As long as I get to drive it one of these days I won't care what people call it.

I live south of DFW almost in Ellis Co. in Ovilla but oddly I am about to start a job in Denton and just finished one in Gainsville just North of you.

The 67 ChevyII belongs to my son and he can't seem to find the motivation to save money for parts so there it sits.

The Mustang I just got for my wife. It has always been her dream car. I am doing a fast track mechanical resoration on it to the exclusion of the Nova. She used to complain about me working in the shop too much and drinking too much beer. Brought the 66 home and now she wants me to build a 30 X 50 shop in the back and she brings beer home to me. Mission accomplished!
