I bought this car (68 camaro) about 7 months ago and immediately starting tearing it apart. The shell has been at Mickey's Chassis Works (chassisguy on here) getting the 4 link built w/ qa1 coilovers, new rear frame rails built, new rear sheetmetal, sfc, and rearend narrowed. It also spent a couple days getting blasted and primered. But in the meantime I spent a few dollars buying my Budnik M5s, Moser rearend guts and axles, Wilwood brakes (Thanks Frank), DSE speed kit 1 (Thanks Frank). My next few steps with the car is to get the subframe out and powdercoated, brakes and front suspension installed, and coat the undercarriage. Well I thought I should share some pics with the pro-touring community, since I have been looking at other's pics everyday for past year. These are a few progress pics, compliments and constructive criticism are welcome!!

Here are some pics that the guy sent me when I was interested in buying it and some after the teardown.

Here are some pics from the fabrication work, Mickey and Cory did a great job. I can fit my 345's with ease and still keep a stock back seat.

Some pics after getting it blasted and primered. The shell was overall very solid, there are some minor pin hole issues with the window channel.

I made the crossmember, but the frame rails were comp engineering "from jegs" And I did have to modify them.
