What size monitors do you use and are they normal or widescreen ?

What resolution do you normally run ?

Not a big fan of the widescreen monitors.

If I was doing a website I would not go wider than 800 pixels wide including the application window. You would be amazed how many people are still using 800x600 monitors. There is nothing more annoying than having to scroll horizontally while viewing a website.

24" widescreen 1920 x 1200

I would just use a frame in the middle no wider than 800 pixels and then use some kind of background to auto fill the sides. A simple frameset structure will take care of that. People still running anything below 1024x768 should be shot :D

At home a Dell 23" widescreen. At work I have dual HP 20" Widescreens.

I just use my laptop at home so my monitor is only 15".
