This is a business proposition for anybody in the Dallas area who wants to learn how to do auto paint work in exchange for lessons in real estate, welding, or any other skills you may have that make money. I'm a painter at a small body shop in the north Dallas area and I'm looking for some new skills. I use PPG paint products everyday and have experience in show car, collision, production work, colorsand and buff, stripes, light graphics, everything except extreme graphics, airbrushing, and pinstriping. I'm not an old school painter and have no experience with lacquer, nitrocellulose, etc. I have been painting for about a year and yes I'm 22, if that's a problem I'm sorry, I don't know everything, but I can get it done and I learned from an old school painter. I would like to learn a new skill, business for the new year. Here's some pictures of my work, I didn't do everything on each car, there was a team involved and I don't take all the credit, but I can show you how to do all of it (paintwise, minor bodywork).

Yes, it WAS unique performance but they're out of business now. I worked there for a year, but I DID NOT PAINT all of these cars, but I worked on all of them.

That's an interesting offer -- however, my skills lie in the computer field; my welding skills are... questionable.

I’m an AutoCAD Engineering Technician; would you be interested in learning how to do AutoCAD?

Thanks, Chris

I would be interested in learning how to do AutoCAD. My computer skills are ok but I'm not a computer wiz. I'm interested in anything that is in a lucrative field. Tell me more about it.

To bad you guys are in Texas! I'd love to get involved in something like this...

I'd be interested in AutoCad/Solidworks or even Photoshop, Flash, web design, etc.... I play around will alot of those programs but I am a self-taught beginner at best... Would be cool to learn a new skill. Goodluck with that guys

I wouldn't mind having a refresher course in autocad.. took it in high school and ended up being pretty good with it. But like a lot of things if you don't keep doing it you tend to forget.

If it didn't cost so much for the program i would have bought a copy :(

It's really easy to get a free copy for personal use. As long as you aren't using it for a bussiness you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
