Howdy boys and girls.

I am in the middle of a suspension rebuild on my dads 67 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Everything is disassembled for the most part. Having issues with one part. I am not sure how to remove the idler arm from the center link. The cotter pin and castle are removed and it is unbolted from the frame. Any hints??

Thanks,
Nick

smack the centerlink a few times with a hammer, the shock usually frees it up. maybe use a mapp torch to heat up the centerlink.

Pickle fork between the center link and the body of the idler arm stud.

Thanks for the help everyone. The pickle fork trick worked with a little persistence. :enguard:
