In this case I would think that "low friction" is code for "looser tolerance". I like MOOG ball joints.

AFCO and Howe both have low frictions and cater to circle track cars that don't need extra slop either. I would agree probably looser not almost a press fit like factory/MOOG are.Many here use looser A arm bushings than factory also.
