Does the drop spindle use the OE 3rd-gen F-body dust shield? Do you have a link to the spindle and/or manufacturer for our reference?
Most aftermarket brake kits are going to use the dust shield holes to mount the adapter brackets, regardless of the kit. If it does, then any 3rd-gen aftermarket brake kit should work for you.
What size wheels are you're running? Wheels are ultimately the limiting factor for how much bigger and better of a brake kit you can run.

Their website says that the spindles "Must use 79-86 GM disc brakes." I always assumed they meant G-bodies, but maybe they're the same as the 3rd-gen F-bodies as well. Without some dimensions and/or pictures of the spindle (Mcgaughy's didn't have any on their site), it's tough to say what will fit.
Have you contacted Mcgaughy's and asked them? Might be a good place to start since they should have all of the tech data on their product...one would hope anyway.
