Hey guys, I recently started renting a large shop with a friend from work. It's approx. 1100 sq. ft. including a loft and bathroom. Unfortunatly, my friend just moved down south and left me with a heafty rent. I'm currently just storing my Nova in there and working on it when i have time.

I'd like to get another car guy in there to share the rent with. The place is equipped with various stages of 220 and 110 voltage outlets and has plent of space to work on your car. The only downside to the building is full blown painting isn't allowed.

Rent is $625 per month plus electricity, which isn't usually that much. Location is in Wallingford, CT
I'm open to either splitting half the rent with someone, or if a couple guys want space just to cold store their car we can work on a cheaper rent.

Thanks, Rich

I could use some storage space and maybe a place to work on my car, but I don't want to spend too much. If you don't get any takers for shop space we may be able to work something out for storage.

yes, i can be reached at 203-530-5496. best bet is to leave a message and i can return your call. my phone is almost always on vibrate and can't hear it buzzing from inside my tool box!

thanks, Rich

I'm on the border of New Fairfield, CT, which is next to Danbury, which is where I-84 crosses the state line.

yes, i can post some, i just have to get them onto my computer. may not seem like a lot of space, but it fits 6 cars, a compressor, welders, torches, tool boxes and 2 work benches. that seems like a pretty good space, especially since i'm only using it for one car right now! plus the loft is empty right now, but could be used for all shelving and parts storage.
