Hello guys, I have a set of AFX spindles for the GN and I just bought a new set of ZO6 calipers as well. These are not the loaded calipers so I will need everything else........Caliper brackets, hardware kit, bolts, PINs, etc.

What all am I going to need and what are the part numbers? Quantity? I looked into Oreilly Auto Parts online and they saw I need 1 hardware kit. What all does this include? I also see they have a bolt seal kit, what is this? Thanks! -----Jeremy

Ok great. What is the cage? Also, what are the copper crush washers used for?

I dont mean to be a pain in the butt here but could you give me a breaf description on how everything fits together? Which bolts go where and such?

your really being a pain, nah its not a porblem.

The cage is what they call a abutment or pad support. The bracket that houses the pads.

The copper washers are for the banjo bolts that connect the brake fluid line to the calipers. One on each side of the line connection.

I'll see if I can find the break down picture. I had it some where. Its not as difficult as you think it would be.

Here is a list that Mark at www.scandc.com (http://www.scandc.com) gave me. I'm trying to figure out the differences between the two lists. I am going to order these parts but I dont want to pay for the same things twice. I noticed you have a few parts that he doesnt have listed and he has a few you dont have listed.

The part number for the Banjo Bolt has been superseded. It is now 11570052. It only took them two weeks to get them

Thank Chili,

did you go through GM part direct? I will have to check my notes for a Dorman aftermarket replacement.

Can't believe how much of it is superseded.

I went through the local Chevy dealer. Napa had nothing and Autozone's website showed nothing. My local part store that always takes care of me (not the typical chain joint) showed 3 different banjo bolts. (2) 25mm and (1) 28mm - all same thread, but couldn't tell me which was correct. So in frustration I went back to the dealership and told them to order them for me. I figured $10 for two bolts is better than driving all over the place getting jerked around.

Anyway, I appears the part number has changed three times. What I posted above is what they gave me.

Does anyone know the actual piston sizes on the latest ZO6 calipers?
