I have a 69 camaro and am thinking of going to an Air Ride suspension. I know it has been discussed many times. I am looking to improve the handling of the car, ride quality and ride hight. I am thinking of starting at the rear. Can I do this without a huge investment? I was looking at the air Bar. Can I hold standard ride hight till I do the fronts?
Thanks

Hey there, welcome to the site. Do a search here and you can see what we all think of the air bar. If it was me, I'd start with the front and then move to the rear. The front is where your steering, therefore your handling, begins. Once you get the front more or less sorted out, you can go on to the rear and continue to balance the car out. Remember, wherever the front goes, the rear will follow. Then again, if the rear winds up loose, you'll be chasing your tail. At any rate, I'd say to start up front. The air ride stuff isn't a bad way to go. As for cost, well, it all costs....

Thanks, you are probably right. I may get all four and bit the bullet. I may use the air rides up front and use the stock spindle and a arms. The new airpod looks nice too.
Thanks
