This is my 57 I've owned since about 1984, it was my first car. It used to sport a 327 4 speed combo The first time I rebuilt it. Then I went silly and tried to tub it, long story short, college-marriage-kids-car sat. I'm trying to revitalize it now with a 355 and 200r4, moved in leaf springs, I have 12" Wilwoods for the corners, Heidts narrowed a-arms, QA-1's, Ford 9", dropped spindles, and some other goodies. Plans are for a new trunk with mini tubs, paint, some 18x10's or 17x11's, air conditioning, power steering, smooth firewall, and lots of fun. Thanks for the inspiration from the site by posting pictures of your projects.

I'm actually in Smithville, but KC is easier for most. Glad to see so many locals, maybe we will cross paths someday.

I like to attend as many car show events during the summer months as possible so I hope to see you guys there. Currently I'm in the middle of swapping out the 4 spd for a TKO 5 spd (which will make it more pleasurable to drive) with time to spare before the warm weather comes back.

I think we should put together a KC PT meet!
Hooters, beer, check out someone's ride.....

That's a great idea, there is always a cruise-in somewhere around town and you know hot rods and hot wings always go good together!
