With the info i posted in an earlier post where would i look to get a crossmember built?I'm using the bravada awd trans/transfercase/third member. If i used the front wheels from a c6 with 6.45 backspacing i could use the stock width bravada thirdmember and axles.I'm sorry if i'm beating a deadhorse here.I originally planned on narrowing the bravada front clip but it's quite bulky.I can do fabrication but have no data to base this suspension on.

Don't get too ahead of yourself. This is a very large and you will find soon expensive undertaking. Going in half ass will bite you in the but later.
If you haven't done so, invest in a good suspension analyser to work the requirements you will need as far as control arm lengths and locations. You will need to do this to factor in the positioning of the engine and transmission/transfer case.
I would start with frame size since you are stuck with that.

Hey thanks i know it won't be cheap.I've built quite a few cars from the ground up.I'm closing in on 50 and have spent my life in the auto business in one form or another.I've spent the last 15 years building custom cars full time.We do focus on pre-1960 cars though,"streetrods" if you like. The shop owner isn't interested in this project, but i do have the use of the shop.We have mill, lathe, tig, you know the usual lol.Anyway the frame as 27" inside to inside.the rails are 3" thick and 4" high.Who could run the numbers for me and give me a starting point?I know i can use the stock bravada mounting points and a-arms but i figure i might as well get the most out of the package as possible. We've dealt with a streetrod company that makes narrowed crossmembers to take c4 suspension but they used all stock locating points.I'd thought about the c4 setup after i read somewhere on this site that they would take a bearing for a cyclone halfshaft without much machining.Anyway i'm sorry this is long winded......
