I'm hoping that this year I can get out more with the car. I saw how much fun everyone had at the RTTH event, that I really have put that on top of my list.
power tour for me is out, due to distance and time off.
May try and make the year one event..
What are your plans? I'm looking for ideas.:twothumbs

I'm wanting to get to Maxton this comming year.I'll have my other 350 from another project.Nothing special ,stock except cam that matches the old vett 350/350 . Kind of wondering if the tpi computer will tolerate it.I think it should .

Probly hit tail of the dragon on the way back.
This spring I'll be heading to.........the local Sonic and back. :seizure: Since starting the project, it'll be the first time I've driven it in over 2 years.

Well if the Monza is done enough to drive and I can work out money and time off I want to hit Power Tour next year.
I also want to have the Air Ride on the Monza and see how good I can make it handle on a budget!

I doubt I do Power Tour in 08, just to close to this year's tour, in reverse. Alot depends on when I finish the Charger. Possibly a trip to Detroit if I finish in time. For sure it will do some regional trips, and really get run hard at RTTH 4. I also will do several Goodguys shows this year, may even drive the charger to Columbus.

Depends on whats finished by summer. I may just race my Camaro. Might take it to some of the close Goodguys, Des Moines, Kc.

I plan on taking multiple trips that involve backing the car out of the garage & down the drive & anywhere the road then takes me.

Probably just GM @ Carlisle in June for me, maybe Ocean City, MD. And lots of day trips. I'm kind of thinking Y1 and/or RTH in '09. My upcoming London trip is drinking the well dry.

We just got our reservations for Maxton in April. Haven't looked at the calendar much past that. Goal is to drive the 725 miles to Maxton, run all weekend, and drive or trailer back whatever's left.

Tommy..
i got a chance to wild out with a porsche and G35 couple club recently at lil talladega.. that track is so nice for the beginner driver.. MUCH better than cones in a parking lot.. and i plan to drive Venny on it..
if we got some people together we can rent the place out for a day..
the great thing about lil T is that its a motor cycle track mainly.. so there are no walls that will distroy your car.. just long streches of grass area..

Just to get it out of the garage under its own power would be good!

I put between 15,000 to 20,000 miles a season on my 64 Bonneville. The snows here so its time to put it up for winter maintenance and modifications. I almost enjoy the winter as much as the summer.
