They did a show at the O2 arena there back in Oct. I believe. I read the reviews on the latest music and it said if you love thier pre-1980 stuff you wouldn't know quite how to deal with the new.
I love Led Zep and don't think I want to hear the new stuff now. How can you get better than Black Dog, Misty Mountain Hop, What is and What Should Never Be, Stairway etc.
I saw a Page/Plant concert and was pleased but the reviews for the revived Led Zep is not good.

You are right. I believe the news was released a few months ago, when I first heard of the Led Zeppelin concert.

They have not played anywhere, so they have not been reviewed. Nor have they put out any new music (yet?). Not sure what you read. Techncally, all their stuff is pre-1980. In Through the Out Door came out in 79.
Leaving for London on Saturday night....:santa3:

Might have been the Page/plant CD from a few years ago. Walking into Clarksdale?
I heard something about a concert and googled and pulled up a review.

I bet that was sweet! I saw plant, page, and Jason in louisville, KY in the late 90's. They played Old stuff, because in 72 they were hammered and playing in louisville and a redneck chucked a whiskey bottle at them. They left in the second song and had not been back till then(late 90's or middle, maybe?) Anyway the show was great, I can not believe Page has white hair now? He needs some just for men stuff?lol He can play a guitar to its fullest still; I am sure of that!
