Does anyone see any problem with running Z51 rotors and C5 Z06 Calipers and 18x8 Bonspeeds?

Have you called Bonspeed? I've had a few issues with the hidden valve stems getting up close and personal with the calipers on various applications, but Bonspeed should be able to answer your fitment questions. If not, you can download wheel fitment templates from the C5/C6 big-brake companies and check for yourself.
Someone may be able to give you a more specific answer to your question if you provide your wheel offset/BS and what model Bonspeed wheel you're considering.
